July showed growing market activity through Open Houses & property inquiries. There is a slightly diminished inventory level, and Buyers are still for the most part out and about looking, but takingtheir time with offers.The general public that I have been in touch with have not felt any pressure from the thought of Interest Rates going up any time soon.I believe the Market In August / September will show activity similar to what we would have expected in March, as Sellers begin to come down to reality with pricing. If the Listing numbers continues to taper, we should see more activity on the Buying side and some heightened confidence in the market.
