June was again a great opportunity for Buyers in Vancouver, with an abundance of inventory paired with low Interest Rates. Properties are Selling consistently but not at the price points sellers are looking for do to the amount of competition.
The general assumption is that Interest Rates will stay relatively low for some time to come. At the same time I believe that there will be a Buyers Market for a while yet. This opportunity is great as the past few years have not been kind to the Vancouver’s Buying
Market.
