Here is the March 2012 Downtown Vancouver & West SIde Condo Market Update. This update outlines the Listings & Sales numbers for the month of Market 2012.
March 2012 has shown typical signs of a Spring Condo Market in both Downtown Vancouver & the West Side. Listing numbers have really begun to climb and Sales are beginning to catch up! Due to the Low Interest Rates offered by the majority of the banks this past month the Buying market has really started to kick off. As we are now into April, the Buying Market will continue to grow as usual and bring a lot more competition for the current listings. Even with the interest rates slightly higher I don’t believe it will alter the typical “yearly trend” of the Market. I believe the Summer will still be busy until the typical tapering off in Fall/Winter.
