First Time Home Buyers – REMEMBER the Cleaning Clause!!!
This is a must for buying Real Estate. I add a cleaning clause to every offer I write for clients. You may assume that you will get a clean home but that’s too much to ask for unfortunately. Trust me! This unit was cleaned perfectly, I almost feel guilty because the buyer is going to rip out the carpet to put in hardwood. But this is what you want to walk into when you walk into your first home. I have seen MUCH worse and it is a horrible experience that you really should avoid as I am sure you can assume.
