First Time Home Buyers market update – Kits Vs. Downtown.
This is a Market Report I did after my weekend of open houses at 2173 W 6th Ave in Kits. All of my past Downtown Open Houses have been MUCH bussier than this past Kits open Houses. The product Downtown is much faster absorbed at the moment than in Kits on the West Side. This in my opinion is a good time to be shopping in Kits for your First Time Home Buys!
